UK JUNE 2023 DATES FOR LIFESIGNS!

LIFESIGNS – UK TOUR DATES, JUNE 2023. Celebrating fantastic reviews for ‘Altitude’

Available for interviews

If you’re not already aware, members of Lifesigns have worked with artists ranging from Asia and The Scorpions through to pop and jazz icons like Bonnie Tyler and Quincy Jones.

Out again across the UK starting June 2023, the band have been playing to rave reviews in the UK and Europe, and in May 2022 played on the music cruise ‘Cruise To The Edge’ out of Florida. This excerpt is from a typical review of their performance from The Prog Report :

“Lifesigns in the Theatre were a sight and sound to behold. Utterly and absolutely triumphant, this was my favourite concert of the entire cruise”.

Lifesigns’ 2017 album ‘Cardington’ got to number 4 in the UK Indie chart without so much as a play on mainstream radio. The 2021 album ‘Altitude’ was crowdfunded by their dedicated fans in 40 countries worldwide (including 36 US States) and has been compared to everything from Steely Dan to Pink Floyd to U.K.

“A great album close to perfection” (MLWZ Poland)

They also now have a live recording from our show in the Netherlands (2022) which will be released later this year. Work has also commenced on the fourth studio album...

Their current album, ‘Altitude’ was released on CD March 2021 and on vinyl July 2021, but as an independent release sold through the band, was not eligible to follow its predecessor into the official charts. Nonetheless it reached the Top 100 in the Amazon UK charts and was Number 1 in the US Gagliarchives radio chart (for 14 weeks) and in the Dutch iO Pages magazine chart. It was voted No. 2 album of 2021 in the Prog Magazine Readers' Poll, with individual accolades going to John Young (1st keyboards) and Dave Bainbridge (3rd guitar).

Album reviews:

“Compositions are soulful, varied, epic and utterly glorious in their musicality. This underrated guitarist delivers a moment of musical Zen that is as good as anything you have heard from a Rothery, Rabin,Gilmour or Howe. Take a bow, Mr Bainbridge – you have made the angels sob in the best possible way” (The Prog Report)

“One of the finest sounding albums I’ve heard for years. So much space between the instruments the album seems to breathe” (Japanese review)

“Quite exquisite music with goose bumps aplenty. Simply Stunning” (Fireworks)

“Everything I love is there; damn, these moments are rare !“ (French review)
